Blue Ridge phase II We removed and replace all the cedar siding with Hardie lap siding, removed and replaced all the WRB, sheathing, dry rot framing, window wrap details and new header flashing, removed and replaced the decks waterproofing system with Pacific Polymers polyurethane, deck to wall interface flashing.

We re-surfaced / waterproofed 16 decks with the Pacific Polymers Polyurethane waterproof system. We are an authorized Pacific Polymers installer. We also had to move and re-install the irrigation system for the lower decks planters. The homeowners and HOA board has been very pleased with the work.

We removed and replaced the deck sheathing, Applied a polyurethane waterproof system and removed and replaced the deck railings to code. Pre-primed and painted all the deck railing material and fascia material at the shop to match.

We removed and replaced all the damaged window trim, corner trim, fascia material and we also removed and replaced all the damaged doors. After all the major repair work was completed we painted the entire complex including the entry doors.

Removed and replaced the WRB (water resistant barrier) , window and corner trim on (3) three buildings Also: Pre-priming and painting at the shop makes the job a lot less intrusive to the homeowners. We do everything possible to make our projects in house, and this in turn makes our worksite clean and unobtrusive.

We completely removed and replaced all the deck framing, poured footings, installed all new soffits, deck waterproofing and aluminum railings on 18 decks. This is a $412,000.00 project in three phases. We recently completed phase 1 in June 2010. Phase 2 started in January 2011 and was finished in April 2011.

We removed the concrete deck surface and replaced it with plywood sheathing, removed and replaced all the deck framing and waterproofed the decks with a polyurethane deck waterproof system. We also removed and replaced the deck's post (1-post for all three decks over 30'), soffit and railing. All of the material was pre-primed and painted at the shop to match.

We did a complete deck renovation on (12) decks (phase #1 complete and phase 2 in progress). Removed the wood railings and replaced them with a custom color powder coated aluminum railing. Removed the old concrete deck surfaces and install plywood with the vinyl waterproof system. The project is in Des Moines and is 100% complete.

We removed and replaced 23 decks for phase I on a three phase project. We removed and replaced all the deck sheathing, re-sloped the decks to give them the 2% slope to the outside edge, installed the deck to wall interface flashing and outside edge drip flashing and installed the Pacific Polymers polyurethane deck waterproof system (Ruff is an authorized Pac Poly installer). Pre-primed and painted all material at the shop at 70°.
