We removed and replaced all the damaged window trim, corner trim, fascia material and we also removed and replaced all the damaged doors. After all the major repair work was completed we painted the entire complex including the entry doors.
Recently Completed... Aspen Village
We removed and replaced the siding with Hardie, removed and replace the WRB (water resistant barrier) , window and corner trim on (3) three building. We also pre-primed (oil) and painted (latex) all the new siding and trim at the shop. Pre-prime and painting at the shop makes the job a lot less intrusive on the homeowners. We do everything possible to make our projects in house and therefore makes our worksite clean and uninstrusive to our valued customers.
Recently Completed... Olympian on Bainbridge Island
We removed and replaced all the siding, WRB, window trim and window header flashing and the buildings corner trim. We also painted the new siding and trim.
Recently Completed... Lakeshore
We removed and replace the deck railings, deck framing and posts, removed and re-installed the soffit and installed new deck sheathing and waterproofing. Pre-primed and painted all the material at the shop. We also had to remove and replace a large amount of the siding, sheathing and WRB due to dry rot.
Recently Completed... Newport Hills Condos in Bellevue
We completely removed and replace all the deck framing, poured footings, installed all new soffits, deck waterproofing and aluminum railings on 18 decks. This is a $412,000.00 project in three phases. We recently completed phase 1 in June. Phase 2 will be starting in January 2011. All homeowners, property manager, resident manager, project manager and Architect are extremely pleased with the outcome and the project was on schedule.
Recently Completed... Ironwood in Bellevue
We removed and replaced the majority of the siding. We also removed and replaced a majority of the buildings sheathing, WRB, decks, deck railings and removed and replaced all the dry rot framing. We also did a lot of interior repairs due to dry rot framing. Approx cost of phase I $120,000.00. We will be doing phase II starting in April.
Recently Completed...Chateau Village in Bellevue
We removed the concrete deck surfaced and replaced with plywood sheathing, removed and replaced all the deck framing and water proofed the decks with a polyurethane deck waterproof system. We also removed and replaced the decks post (1-post for all three decks over 30’), soffit and railing. All of the material was pre-primed and painted at the shop to match. We did two separate stacks and the homeowners are extremely pleased with their new decks.

Removed the cedar shakes on the mansard roofs and replaced them with a 50 year composition roofing material.

We did a complete deck renovation on (12) decks (phase #1 complete and phase 2 in progress). Removed the wood railings and replaced them with a custom color powder coated aluminum railing. Removed the old concrete deck surfaces and install plywood with the vinyl waterproof system. The project is in Des Moines and is 100% complete.
