We removed and replaced all the deck and walkway railings. Removed and replaced all the decks and walkways fascia material with metal. Removed and replaced all the decks sheathing and applied the polyurethane waterproof system.

We completely removed and replaced all framing, waterproofing, and aluminum railings for the decks on (6) buildings including some decks over living space.
