Good morning !! I just wanted to put my two cents worth in for Ruff Construction. Last Thursday morning two gentlemen were here to repair our water leak and what a thorough job they did. They were here almost all day removing the siding, wood trim pieces around the window, every thing down to the studs. Everything was either water stained or rotten (trim piece under the window). They did some finishing work on Thursday but returned Friday and finished with all new wood trim and new siding. Needless to say we are very pleased with their workmanship, I highly recommend them for future repairs around here. Yes they were higher on their bid but the other two who tried to fix the problem didn't know what to look for. Also I asked them about the availability of new siding and they get siding from a company in Kent and if the correct color is not on hand they order from a company in Portland, so we can get siding replacement, if needed. As you know we have had some difficulties and Eric has stepped up to the plate and took the criticism with stride, which as you know, is a trait that is not always easy to come by. I truly do appreciate his professionalism and positive attitude.

Over the past several weeks you have taken on a lot of responsibility in regards to the B
building water remediation work. After the sudden resignation of a member you agreed to
step up and handle the management of the work in the three units damaged by water. This
took a huge burden off of the Board and me and we appreciate that.
Not only did you agree to do the management of the project you later agreed to do this work
for no charge to the Association. I find this to be more than generous and can't begin to thank
you enough.
