Pre-Construction
Project goals are identified relating to scope of work, budget and project schedule. Material costs and logistics are assessed and custom elements can be added during this phase.
Our in-house facility allows us to prime, paint and stain all types of materials prior to delivery to the job site.
Construction Management
This phase brings together all the details outlined in the scope of work and entails project planning, logistics, design consultation. Subcontractor selection and /or coordination and construction. Renovation and remodel skills performed by Ruff:
>> framing, drywall, mold assessment and removal, water damage (dry rot) repair;
>> full service plumbing, lighting, basic electric (advanced jobs performed by our highly skilled subcontractors); and,
>> kitchen and bathroom repair and renovation including: flooring, countertops, tile and bath/shower surrounds, and fire damage.
Post-Construction
Many of clients choose Ruff Construction to perform building maintenance on an on-going basis.
Performing on-going maintenance such as regular inspections will protect your investment and will keep high cost repair and restoration projects to a minimum.
